Meet Julia

Hi, I'm Julia, founder of Flow by Julia and a certified Spinal Flow Practitioner.

My journey to Spinal Flow began from a place many of my clients can relate to — feeling disconnected from my body, carrying constant stress, and searching for answers.

For years, I lived in a state of tension and overwhelm. Like many parents, years of interrupted sleep while raising my children took a toll on my body. I experienced ongoing stress, poor sleep, hormonal imbalances, and ovarian cysts. While I was functioning and managing life, I never truly felt at ease within myself.

I've always been curious about natural approaches to health and healing, so when I discovered Spinal Flow, I decided to try it with an open mind.

What I experienced was far more profound than I expected.

As I continued receiving sessions, I began to understand how much stress my nervous system had been carrying. I learned that our bodies hold onto experiences, patterns, and stressors accumulated throughout our lives. Over time, these unresolved stresses can affect how we feel physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Through Spinal Flow, my body released layers of stored stress and tension. I felt calmer, more connected, and more at home in my body. My sleep improved, my body felt lighter, and I experienced a greater sense of wellbeing and resilience.

What fascinated me most was witnessing the intelligence of the body. Rather than chasing symptoms, Spinal Flow supports the nervous system in identifying where stress is being stored and encourages the body to release what it no longer needs to hold.

This experience inspired me to become a practitioner and bring this work to my community.

Today, I help people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and return to a more natural state of flow. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where your body can do what it was designed to do — heal, adapt, and thrive.
